Jason Hraynyk

Jason joins Dancing with Parkinson's with more than a decade of experience in the golf industry, including five years with First Tee – Canada, where he played a key role in launching the Ontario chapter of the internationally recognized sport-for-development youth program.

Throughout his career, Jason has built a diverse background spanning advertising, publishing, sports, music, and the philanthropic sector — giving him a unique perspective on community engagement, storytelling, and program development.

Jason is deeply inspired by DWP's mission to create meaningful outlets for people living with Parkinson's and other neurodegenerative conditions, as well as its commitment to supporting seniors in low socioeconomic communities.

Outside of work, Jason volunteers actively with his children's schools and extracurricular activities. He is passionate about inclusive sport and is involved in expanding seated volleyball through initiatives connected with Durham College, Ontario Tech University, and the Ontario Volleyball Association..
