DANCE CLASSES FOR PARKINSON'S DISEASE

Dancing with Parkinson’s (DWP) provides Toronto based dance classes where those with Parkinson's Disease can explore the potential of their own movement through choreography and improvisation.

Each Parkinson's Disease dancer works at his/her own potential during the class and exercises are modified to suit each individual's level of comfort and ability. Caregivers are welcome to attend the class if a Parkinson's Disease dancer requires more personalised assistance. DWP would like to maximize the number of Parkinson's Disease dancers taking the class. It is NOT necessary to bring a dance partner with you. Our dance teachers are available to help and assist in any way they can.
